“You” and “Your” refers to you, the natural person (individual) accessing this website, using services on this website and accepting these Terms

“Rowen Exchange”, “We”, “Our” refers to the Rowen Exchange, a community platform dedicated to crypto and tech education

2. Non-Exclusive License

By publishing and hosting a course or article on Rowen Exchange (the “Content”), you grant Rowen Exchange a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to host, distribute, market, and sublicense the Content. This means:

The license is perpetual, meaning Rowen Exchange can continue to use the Content as long as it’s hosted on our platform

Rowen Exchange can use the Content to deliver it to members, promote it on our various social media sites (X, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, etc), and include it in programs like “Community Spotlight”

The license is non-exclusive, so you can still use, sell, or distribute the Content elsewhere (e.g., on your own website, or other platforms, without Rowen Exchange’s permission

3. Content Responsibility

If the Content includes copyrighted material without permission, Rowen Exchange may remove it for purposes of trust and safety, or in response to a DMCA takedown notice

You must ensure that the Content is original or that you have the necessary rights to use any third-party materials (e.g., images, music, or code). You are required to warrant that the Content does not infringe on anyone else’s IP

4. Content Removal

We will retain and use the Content for students who already purchased it which is our guarantee to paying students

If you want to fully remove the Content, and no one purchased it, then you can notify us in our Discord

You can unpublish your articles at anytime

5. Earning Distributions

a. To qualify for earnings, you must be signed up with a Membership

b. Earnings are distributed in USDC (Solana Network)

c. To claim earnings you must provide Rowen Exchange with an invoice that indicates your payout amount and payout address

d. Payouts will be made same day after receiving your invoice, provided all information is accurate to avoid payment disputes

e. Refer to the Earnings Agreement for complete information

6. SecuX Reseller Status

a. Rowen Exchange is an authorized SecuX reseller. Any transactions related to SecuX products are subject to the terms and conditions of SecuX

b. SecuX products sold by Rowen Exchange are brand new, factory sealed, sourced directly from SecuX, and verified secure

7. Crypto Trading

a. Rowen Exchange offers simplified crypto trading. Any transactions related to trading crypto are subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policy of our partner, ChangeNOW

8. Technical Support

a. Rowen Exchange offers guidance around cryptocurrency adoption which is limited to tips and insights. Technical support is for information purposes only, and does not constitute financial advice. Technical support is provided as-is without any representation or guarantee of satisfaction. You are encouraged to do your own research

9. Third-Party Links

a. Rowen Exchange partners include ChangeNOW, SecuX, Axiom, and UltimoPay. Partner sites are not owned or operated by Rowen Exchange. Links to partner sites are provided on an affiliate basis. Members are advised to adhere to all partner terms and conditions

b. Links to third-party non-partner sites may be provided within the community but are not owned or operated by Rowen Exchange. Members are advised to exercise caution when accessing third-party non-partner links and understand that Rowen Exchange holds no liability for content on these sites

10. Compliance & Enforcement

a. Compliance: Members are expected to comply with all Terms & Conditions outlined herein. Violation of these terms will result in termination of membership privileges

b. Suspension & Termination: Rowen Exchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate community guidelines or engage in fraudulent activities

11. No Warranty

Content provided within the Rowen Exchange community is offered on an as-is basis. Rowen Exchange makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or merchantability of the Content

12. Limitation of Liability

Rowen Exchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the community or inability to use the community, including any liability associated with third-party interactions or content

13. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator

14. Amendments

Rowen Exchange reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the community after such changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms
